We can arrange to meet up at designated MRT stations to deliver the items to you and please note that payment has to be cash on delivery.

Cancellation of Orders

We will send an email acknowledgement to the customer within 2-3 days upon successful submission of the order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

Exchange & Refunds

All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. wRongshop takes pride in our products. We will personally inspect and ensure that the products are in tip top condition before sending them to you. We reserve the rights to determine what constitutes as a defective item. If for some reasons that you are not satisfied with the products, kindly email us within 2 days at sales@wrongshop.sg. We will try our best to make our deal a happy one. We regret to say that no cash refund is allowed, we will only do a one to one exchange of defective goods.
