3. Typographical Errors

In the event a product price is listed incorrectly due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, wRongShop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase containing items that have been incorrectly priced, wRongShop will either refund or charge you for the difference between the correct price of the products and incorrectly listed price for the products.

4. Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 21 years old, you may still purchase items from wRongShop, but only with the involvement of an adult or guardian. wRongShop and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. 7. Title

Title to Products remains with wRongShop until all amounts payable in respect of Products to wRongShop by Customer is received in full by wRongShop. Risk in Products shall pass from wRongShop to Customer upon delivery of Products to Customer.

8. The Transaction

8.1 No contract shall exist until Customer’s order is accepted by wRongShop. This website is an Invitation to Treat.
8.2 Notwithstanding Clause 8.1, , in the event that the Customer repudiates the contract ,after acceptance by wRongShop, by canceling or amending the order, wRongShop may at its absolute discretion impose an administrative charge on the Customer for any loss occasioned by the repudiation.
8.3 wRongShop has no obligation to deliver Products until the Price and any other applicable charges is received in full by wRongShop in the currency in which the Price is quoted to Customer by wRongShop or in the absence of such a quotation in the currency in which the Price appears in wRongshop’s price list on the date of the Agreement.
8.4 All stated promotional gifts given are subjected to availability and allocated on a first come first served basis.
8.5 wRongShop reserves the right to refuse to accept an order from a Customer without reason or prior notice.
8.6 All orders are subjected to stock availability. wRongShop reserves the rights not to fulfill or cancel an order in the event that stocks are unavailable.
8.7 All our prices are NETT and in Singapore dollars. No discounts will be given unless during promotions.

9. Cancellations

wRongShop will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods. However, we will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

10. Product Acceptance

Unless Customer notifies wRongShop to the contrary by seven (7) days after the delivery of Products, products shall be deemed to have been accepted by Customer in good condition and in accordance with the Agreement.

12. Governance and Jurisdiction

This Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and it is hereby irrevocably agreed for the exclusive benefit of wRongShop that the courts of Singapore are to have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes that may arise out of or in connection with The Service and that accordingly any writ, action, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Terms of Service (hereinafter called "Proceedings") may be brought in such courts. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of wRongShop to take Proceedings against Users in any court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of Proceedings in one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of Proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrent or not.
